DMEGC raises the bar for high flux density applications with DMR91

feb. 10, 2015

DMEGC introduces new power material DMR91 which has even further reduced power losses at high temperatures, for high flux density applications such as output chokes in power supplies. With initial permeability value at 2.000, measured on standard ring core, Bs value at 100°C = 460mT , at 120°C = 420mT , while power losses value (at 100kHz,200mT) is only 300 mW/cm3 at 100°C , and 420 mW/cm3 at 120°C.

New material builds upon DMR90 material, further improving material characteristics. Where space is an issue , you can gain that extra room in your design by using DMR91 ferrite material.
